Home visit repair: how it works and how to prepare

We can come to you. A home visit means a technician repairs your phone, laptop, game console or smartwatch at your address.

How it works

1. Choose your repair on our services page and press Book.
2. Select At my home and enter your address. You can also share your live location.
3. Add any accessories you would like us to bring.
4. We call or email you to confirm the time.
5. The technician arrives, repairs the device and you pay after the repair.

How to prepare

• Back up your photos and files if you can.
• Have the device, its charger and your passcode ready.
• Choose a clear table with good light.
• Tell us about gate codes or parking in the notes box.

Tell us your address when you book and we confirm that we can reach you.
